My name is Michael Haltman, and I am the Managing Partner at Hallmark Abstract Service. I wanted to take the opportunity in this inaugural article to once again speak to the committment of this firm, from my office on down, to serving the needs of our clients.
Our firm motto, “We treat your title insurance and settlement needs as if they were our own” is more than just a catchy tagline. It is the mission statement that Hallmark operates by. Our goal is to provide a seamless title experience, each and every time.
As in any transactional business, being blindsided, particularly at the closing table, is unacceptable. We pride ourselves on taking the headaches revolving around the clearing of title away from the attorney before closing, so that theyare able to concentrate on the detailsconcerning the rest of the transaction.
At Hallmark we understand that you likely have relationships with more than one firm that provides you with title and settlement services. As in any business, that is a good thing. Nobody should be reliant on one vendor for any part of a transaction, as unexpected situations can sometimes arise.
We feel, and I am sure that you will agree, that by working in a competitve environment it helps to keep all parties on top of their game, focusing on the areas most important to the client. At Hallmark, this is one of the lynchpins of our organization.
